Amy Jonas

Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. Amy believes therapy can be very helpful in defining the problem, exploring options, discovering patterns, finding strengths, developing solutions, and ultimately, creating change. Her goal is to assist you with your unique and personal journey.

 

Amy has over 20 years of experience working in mental health and with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and grief.  She can also be helpful in areas of stress management, relationship conflict, transitions, developing positive coping strategies, and improving self confidence.
